So THG shareholders who couldn't participate in the THG demerger cause of ISA rules have been screwed by MAtt again. Why didn't they just spin off the company as a separate AIM listed entity so existing shareholders could have kept their equity stake in Ingenuity. Now potentially valued at near £1 billion!!
