MM maybe a master businessman but he appears to like screwing private investors to line his own pockets? 🤔 Managed to talk the company down to get Softbank to sell out with a $billion loss for about 30p a share, guess who bought a lot of those cheap shares? Continues to talk the business down despite offers of 140p... then demerges Ingenuity for £ zero, whilst getting the BOD to issue the CEO a £55 million Convertible bond at 32p ( no conflict of interest there with Ingenuity THG logistics contracts) ... thus getting back all of the 13% dilution from Ingenuity demerger...Well done to him, but obviously an individual with no integrity or moral compass it seems? 🤔 JAO Adyor!! 😳 Hopefully Private Investors can get some of their investment back now that the tide seems to have turned in favour of THG?

@Japinto...the demerger was a scam the way it was done to benefit a small amount of insiders and mates.. Could have been spun off with a raise on AIM or something similar maybe as mentioned to get a true value for Ingenuity...Most LTH's with ISA's or SIPP's had little option but to sell out for nothing. MM knew exactly what was going on it seems? 🤔 ..Never mind Hopefully this deal with GoogleAI and the collaboration with Frasers Sports Direct and other big players like Mueller etc will reward LTH's well.
