JPMC keeping very quiet after the very positive Q3 update yesterday, they normally come out immediately with a big Downgrade on previous poor updates, but now that THG punching out record growth numbers for Nutrition they have not even issued a new broker target!!! Typical!!! JAO Adyor 😳

Unfortunately the Criminal financed Hedge FUD's ( and they are!!) get to PI's after a while, it's all a big handsomely rewarded zero sum game to them worth $billion as MM once said recently..if you can see past this Criminal Activity and company fundamentals are there to back up the SP, then the Criminal Hedge FUD's will eventually move on to new feeding grounds, it appears that the FTSE Trackers are now in control of the SP? The Criminal Financed Hedge FUD's have lost control to the FTSE Trackers now it seems?..The more shares the FTSE trackers buy the price increases, meaning they need more shares at the same time the Shorts need to buy back, it appears that scenario is now playing out..A strong Q4 and positive update on disposal or £50 million VAT refund could see a real push upwards to a more normal valuation. If THG can get to a ridiculously low 1x Annual sales that would give THG an SP of circa 130p with Market Cap of about £1.3 billion..this compares to the likes of APN Sports Nutrition that is currently valued at 4.5 x Annual sales of just £100 million given it a current Market Cap of £450 million, compared to THG's £1.7 billion annual sales current market cap of about £550 million, they appear to both have similar gross margins of circa £45%, all THG need to do is reduce internal overheads to a sensible level and as THG previously states RemainCo has two World Leading businesses, Highly Profitable, Cash Generative and capable of paying Dividends. Well hope so! Redx signed the deal with Jazz Pharma for upto $880 million ($10 million already paid) then surely existing shareholders are entitled to any future payments seeing as the deal was signed 18 months ago before the delisting? Otherwise anyone picking up the company now for £1 is surely robbing existing shareholders? Wouldn't trust the new US directors though! JAO Adyor 😳

Appears to be quite a bit of stake building over at APN, they'll be in the FTSE 250 soon it seems?...Amazing how a run of the mill Sports Brand can be trading on such high multiples compared to THG who are No.1 in UK, in fact APN are trading at circa 17x the multiple of THG on annual.sales revenue alone... therefore if you applied the same 4.5x sales multiples that APN are currently trading at to THG, then THG would currently be worth circa £7.2 billion or about 500p per share, which ironically is where it IPO'd at...JAO Adyor!!!!

It's fairly simple, OSG has been trading his position to lower his high average, hence the constant change in opinion. 😳...just passing through..🤪

"Nutrition salesSurge" according to Share News..but THG SP up just over 1p today...ridiculous...if these figures had been posted last year the SP would have been well over 100p...?
