I agree with Jefferies. If Selkirk was a real approach of £600 million for 1/3 of THG should see a sale of £1.3 billion circa £1 share.

Following the 2025 Q1 update and fill year report for 2024, Matthew and the BOD updated their own broker forecast to 170p SIGNIFICANTLY UNDERVALUES the company but thanks all other shareholders for allowing the CEO to buy another £65 million worth of shares for 32p..

We apologies for lying to you and other shareholders, but seeing as other companies have been known to scam investors we thought we would do the same..However, we woild like to continue the pretence with statements like, we are a highly profitable company with two global leading brands in Nutrition and Beauty capable of paying dividends to shareholders, but we prefer to continue to defraud shareholders by misappropriation of shareholder's funds into ridiculous schemes and write downs..!

It wasn't many weeks ago that APN nearly touched £400 million at 155p per share..the brokers were raving about APN with their £99 million annual sales vs £1.7 billion for THG....

With my new position as Defacto Chairman my growth plans for AsiaPac and North America will bring plenty of organic growth..we are only just getting going in the world's two most populous nations China and India, as for Nort America, I'm sure we can get a few more Lard Ars@es onto our Protein shakes and bars and beautify themselves...?

What ever happened to Kelso being active in THG..it looks like Mr Moulding7 has put the frighteners on the Kelso BOD as they haven't said anything since last year to upset Mr Moulding7..? As for Selkirk what was that sham company all about? JAO Adyor!

Seeing as I am now the defacto Chairman overseening growth strategy and corporate governance, I will take any sensible strategies on-board to enhance shareholder returns..Forgoing my £400k annual salary is my first priority. I will continue to work with the CEO and BOD to make THG a global leader in Sports Nutrition and Beauty markets unlike my predecessor, however I refuse to clean the CEO's cars and make his coffee!

One of my first strategic initiatives is to concentrate growth on the younger health and beauty conscious market amongst the growing AsiaPac population and the fitness fanatics and the overly vain individuals in North America and UK. But these markets including Europe and South America are more limited in growth due to most of the population content with eating pizzas, kebabs and tending not to be very fashion conscious..

Furthermore, I've decided that £400k per annum in renumeration is overly excessive so am forgoing any salary for the benefit of all shareholders..

I think Total global revenues for THG Nutrition and Beauty could easily accelerate towards £2.5 or £3 billion in 3 or 4 years with growth in big markets like USA, China, India and rest of Asia Pacific..UK and Europe population not growing, think that's why THG pushing into these markets quite strongly...THG seem to be doing a lot of ground work with other global partners and retailers..!
