Oculus..Maybe not..but setting up sham companies to deliberately mislead the city and investors of a FTSE 250 company is a very dangerous risk to take wouldn't you say? You could always report your suspicions to the FCA...(bye the way they are allegedly incompetent or at worst corrupt..)

I think MM wanted all the losses on the Ingenuity balance sheet...So THG's RemainCo of Nutrition and Beauty should have a healthy balance sheet..?

So why would some got to the trouble of setting up a company on AIM.. seems a pretty complex and very expensive bluff?

So to sum things up..someone offers upto £600 million for part of Nutrition which makes up 1/3 of THG entire sales revenue but the entire company still has a total valuation of £300 million...wtf?

They look to be acting as a joint party, but until they make a statement they are staying within the law maybe?...but if they have already made an agreement to carve up the company without informing the market or stock exchange, it doesn't sit well with their previous statement.. e.g. ......" @THGismine45 getting a Court‑Approved Reduction of Capital in order to start paying dividends is fairly straightforward if required..lots of companies that have been earnings negative/accumulated losses have done it.
