The Chairman should crawl out from under Mr Moulding7s desk and give a statement in response to the press article that is questioning THG's accounting practices in public, if he doesn't rebuke the article then maybe they have something on THG? JAO Adyor!

It comes to something when the leading UK financial press serms to infer that a FTSE 250 Listed company is employing questionable accounting practices? JAO ADYOR!

Does the article suggests that THG management are running some sort of Fraudulent Ponzi scheme, with questionable accounting practices that don't conform to normal accounting principles, not sure what it suggests but some very bold statements/opinions in it? Adyor!

There is enough evidence to demonstrate the Chairman, BOD and NED's have been acting against the best interests of shareholder's. All private investors should keep records regarding RNS statements etc Rejections of Bids, share allocations etc etc and if necessary present these to the relevant authorities if needed in future. The Chairman and NED's are clearly not acting in the best interests of all shareholders it seems on the face of recent financial transactions and they should be reported to the London Stock Exchange and FCA. If the Chairman and BOD can recently turn down £600 million for just 1/3 of the business then unless they are acting against the best interests of shareholder's, the entire company must still be worthbat least £1 a share.

The best option for shareholders is either a Private Equity bid of Frasers go hostile.. Although like others, think MA is working in 'concert' with MM.

The Board and Chairman are xxxxx...they are not upholding the highest levels of corporate governance imho. How can the CEO of THG be the CEO of Ingenuity?
