Selkirk's recent offer for THG My Protein was £400 to £600 million, rejected by MM and the BOD like previous offers as "Significantly undervaluing the division and brand" in so many words..THG total current company valuation (including My Protein and Beauty divisions with total sales £1.7 billion) as of 6th May 2025 £320 million, just compare this to THG's My Protein Nutrition Sales circa £600 million last year with a current market valuation of that business at just £100 million. (Represents only 1/3 of THG's total business as per Full year 2024 results. Whereas two comparisons showing just how significant THG's total business is undervalued to its peers, i.e.

APN Sports Nutrition Sales 2024 circa £100 million (1/6th of THG Nutrition sales) APN current company valuation £300 million. Sports in Science Sales 2024 circa £52 million company curent valuation £82 million. Adyor!!!

Why didn't the big institutions roll into Ingenuity and then approve MM's convertible bond, only convertible after December 2025 unless there is a significant RNS beforehand???

Why have the Chairman and BOD stopped buying when they piled it at 46p on 31st October...they can't buy if something is planned in the way of a buyout or another deal one assumes?

THG has a growing footprint in all the big international markets just check out the various My Protein sites...My Protein could easily double or triple in the next few years with expansion in North America and AsiaPac markets...suppose that's why Frasers invested and Selkirk offer kicked down the road? Not to mention Frasers potential interest in THG Beauty Division that would fit well with Frasers Group growth plans...?

Re Icouldnotcomment...don't forget that £327 million is the valuation for the whole of THG, Nutrition is just 35% of the business, i. e. Nutrition is valued at just over £100 million and has 6x times the revenue of APN..!!!!

Just filter Paul and get on with valuation discussion.. as I was saying before this bloke Paul bombarded the board with his FUD...so I'll re post it so we can start again.......Let's discuss My Protein/THG Nutrition.The current market valuation is £100 million (i.e. 1/3 of THG's total business by sales revenue Beauty the other 2/3). Selkirk supposedly offered upto £600 million just for My Protein...that's 6x the current valuation for THG's Nutrition Division and twice the current valuation of the entire THG Group's business! As for My Protein, the business brand now has multiple tie ups with global manufacturers and retailers not just selling sports nutrition supplements and drinks, but now numerous food products across all of Iceland stores, Muller dairy products across multiple top tier retailers. Sports nutrition products globally including Boots, Holland and Barrett, Walmart and Costco in North America, sales in Asia Pac specifically Japan and North Korea but also available in India and China. There is also My Vitamins and My Protein sports clothing brand available in retailers, gyms including Sports Direct. All of the new sales pipelines must surely be propelling My Protein/ Nutrition products to much higher sales volumes globally. So one would assume that the annual sales by the end of 2025 are going to see a massive uplift compared to the past few years before all of these relationships and new products existed. So how on earth can Nutrition only have a market cap of £100 million when Sports in Science and APN only have a tiny tiny fraction of the market compared to THG's Nutrition Division ut with valuation many many multiples of THG's My Protein Division?????

His normal modus operandi is to cause chaos using as many financial levers as possible and wind up the BOD as much as possible to it seems..!

Being controlled with CFD'S and other financial tools ut seems...could be MA as that's the normal modus operandi..or hedge funds..?

Re.hjzhou..if the CEO of a main FTSE listed company thinks it's okay to post childish videos or comments on social media about trying to rip off his shareholders as some have suggested, then it's a sad day for the London Stock Exchange isn't it?

Re hjzhou..we know are crooked things are in China but this is supposed to be a highly regulated stock exchange overseen by the independent Financial Conduct Authority ..!!!

Agree..by any and every calculation known on the stock market, if an approach of circa 40/50p per share has just been made for 1/3 of the entire company, then it stands to any normal reasoning that the entire RemainCo business is worth circa 120/160p bare minimum or £1.2 to £1.8 billion (re recent independent valuation by Peel Hunt) there or there abouts in the words of the BOD etc, onsidering what they just said about the £400/600 million approach for just the Nutrition division. Expecting bids or buyout well over 140p/share otherwise the CEO, Chairman and BOD are criminals trying to defraud other shareholders wouldn't you say? JAO Adyor
