Well according to BostonBoy..THG's £1.7 billion annual sales are irrelevant to it's current market cap as they are just fictional figures that MM and Co makes up it seems? The Highly Profitable global leading divisions of THG just syphon the " profits " away to some fictional offshore island somewhere it seems, that can be the only explanation as to where all these "profits" dissappear to surely? The only reasonable conclusion as to why no profit is being generated from a global leading Highly Profitable company is due to someone syphoning cash away to some offshore account maybe?

APN could issue an all paper offer for THG and it would still be better than the Fake Selkirk bid that Matt put together!

APN's management must be laughing at THG's Moulding. They have recently IPO'd a Nutrition business with only 6% of THG's entire global business worth £1.72 billion in annual sales, yet APN have already overtaken THG's market cap..you couldn't make this up..!

APN could make a cheeky offer for THG say £600 million to get their hands on My Protein business and then sell the Beauty division for whatever they can get. They would increase their sales in Nutrition by 1000% overnight. It would take 20 years of organic growth to achieve that. JAO Adyor

APN on the rise again today..A well run company in the same business as THG. Has just 6% of THG's annual sales but has higher valuation today. APN annual sales year ending 2024 @ £99 million vs £1.72 billion for THG.. Obviously it shows that APN is much better run than THG.
