You forgot to ask about the statement made by the CEO and Chairman in the demerger document.

Well if the Works SP is anything to go by the bounce could be huge..went from 18p on the 1st April to 48p by the 2nd June..that was about a 170% increase 2 months just on a trading update improvement.

Are THG's competitors in Nutrition and Beauty going to allow Frasers to pick THG Beauty or Nutrition for peanuts? There must be some global companies looking at either or both divisions any normal investor would have thought, seeing as Frasers are accumulating more and more THG shares, now at 12.61% yet barely a comment in the media about the last TR1 this week..?

RevB Fy25 sales £141 million even at today's totally distressed price RevB valuation is £25 million. THG full y25 circa £1.7 billion valuation £300 million...that's about 30% below a pro rata valuation of RevB which is on the verge of administration. Yet THG is supposed to have 2 global leading, highly profitable businesses...?

RevB are trading on a higher premium to sales than THG yet RevB are totally broke...! You must be having a laugh Mr Market...?

The only Dividend from THG seems to be going into the CEO's and Chairman's pockets via the £60 million CLN and £400k annual salary..?
