So currently we can value Nutrition at £300 million, that's half the value of the 'Fake Selkirk offer' therefore to take the Quote from Chairman and CEO "the global leading £1.1 billion revenue Beauty division" is valued at £zero going by today's share price.

What's the point in buying a loss making business like RevB when according to OAKHURST THG has two globally leading loss making businesses already, the complete opposite to the lying Chairman and CEO it seems? JAO Adyor!

Think about how much Nutrition Division is worth, Frasers already own 12% of THG's Beauty Division for £zero cost, less than the multiple of bankrupt RevB...yet Nutrition and Beauty are Highly Profitable businesses!

Not sure what MA is playing at, but his company could take THG out with their loose change. Cannot figure out why Frasers have stopped at 10% ownership...Frasers could easily go for a hostile bid and get a business that's fits in perfectly with their Sports and Retail Empire, THG RemainCo has over £1.7 billion annual sales for £360 million market cap. This is less than 0.2% x sales when minimum peer values are 1.0x and often upto x3.0. Frasers already using Ingenuity within the various business divisions e.g. Sports Direct... JAO Adyor!
