RevB was a basket case anyway...I previous commented that didn't think he'd bid for it...it's a tiny company that cannot compete..at least THG Beauty is a "Global Leader" with over £1.1 billion in annual sales and according to our CEO and Chairman " THG Beauty is HIGHLY PROFITABLE, cash generative and capable of paying dividends" to quote them!

Does anyone really expect the CEO of THG to get any salary at all or even keep his job after a 98% fall in the share price. Tesco is worth Tens of £Billions, pays a huge dividend to shareholders every year and doesn't have a CEO that tries to rip off it's shareholders on a continuous basis, i.e. by intentionally driving down the company share price in order to award himself a hugely discounted convertible loan! What a plonker Rodney! JAO Adyor!!!!

I wouldn't let Lord Charles be the Chairman of my local quiz team, let alone be responsible for overseeing a multi-millon online retail business...he's clearly too old and way out of his depth, knew nothing about Nutrition and Beauty businesses...what a joke appointment!!! JAO Adyor!

That's a result of Corporate corruption quite clearly stealing other assets from THG RemainCo that have nothing to do with the Ingenuity demerger it seems? The Chairman obviously did a good job of ensuring high standards of Corporate governance? JAO Adyor!

GB news report today showing GenZ spending upto £2k a year on Beauty products, vitamin supplements and Protein drinks.... Can't understand why THG isn't booming considering in has two Global Leading Beauty and Nutrition brands that benefit from huge online sales and increasing Global partnerships for its products...this should be 250p not 25p...growth potential is still huge for THG, teaming up with Frasers Group is a great move for THG and backed up with Frasers buying 12% of THG's shares in the past 6 months. Yes, it's a shame that two "Highly Profitable" businesses with THG RemainCo have a CEO in charge that only thinks of his personal gain at the expense of his employees and shareholders.
