Because I usually take what the CEO and Chairman state are true, I.e. THG is a "Global Leader in Nutrition and Beauty products, which are both Highly Profitable Cash Generative and capable of Paying Dividends, and that at 23p is significantly undervalued compared to Peers like Warpaint, APN and SIS etc... see earlier post regarding current valuations of APN and Warpaint!

This is not the CEO's company, it is a large PLC! The CEO and Chairman didn't just say capable of paying dividends they Stated the the company "IS HIGHLY PROFITABLE and CASH GENERATIVE". Read the RNS.

On a more cautionary note, if the CEO and Chairman have be deliberately misleading the market and shareholders regarding the statement issued in September's RNS...THG RemainCo is "HIGHLY PROFITABLE, cash generative and capable of paying dividends." ? Then I'm sure a number of well known media outlets and other interested parties will be supplied with relevant information. It wouldn't look good if it was shown that the CEO and Chairman of a large PLC was deliberately misleading markets and shareholders for their own financial benefit, including share purchases and CLN's way below prices that those individuals stated significantly undervalued the Company in official RNS statements previously would it? Then there is a good chance we could see a strong reversal like 'The Works' jumping over 200% in just over two months on a slightly positive trading update..but that all depends on whether or not the CEO and Chairman were deliberately lying to the market in order to get the demerger approved?

Warpaint cosmetics with just £100 million annual sales has overtaken THG most Market Cap..of £330 million... so that's APN Nutrition with £99 million annual sales and Warpaint Cosmetics with £101 million totalling just £200 million annual sales between them but they have a combined market cap today of £660 million despite THG's Nutrition and Beauty divisions having nearly 10 x times the sales at £1.72 billion, or over £2 billion if you includd the ' Stolen' Ingenuity business ( reflecting the High standards of Corporate Governance)??????
