RE: Full Petrology Report23 Mar 2022 20:32
Thank you for the responses but I still maintain my earlier position, the failure to get Molopo Farms over the line is a failure by KAV.
I do agree the KAV BOD are correct to withdraw if they can’t get a suitable commercial sale agreement, but all of this could have been avoided.
KAV have now done a lot of the leg work for the KKME and POW at our cost, our time and the repeat extensions and new terms of purchase offer point to a leadership team who don’t know what they are doing.
Add this to the pathetic silence excuse shareholders experienced last month and what is emerging is KAVs projects still have potential but the company management leaves a lot to be desired.
They are now effectively gambling on Ditau being positive.
Think about it, if they miss a target or get poor results, the share price will crash under 1p.
You can be as positive as you wish about KAV and I as much as anyone want this to be a success story, but the management of this company leaves alot to be desired.
It’s not Ditau positive or bust.
But it’s certainly Ditau positive or major dilution trying onto raise future funds around 1p.
What would be helpful is if as a chat board we can discuss Ditau.
What minerals are we expecting to find?
How deep are the holes likely to be?
How many?
How far apart?
Are there currently any mines in the area?
Are there good transport links?
Etc
