What evidence do you have for ‘a strong chance of funding this month’?

NCCL has failed to do anything for years other than raise around 3 million to build a solar side project and then sell the solar side project to a director for around 1 million.

Other than the CEO picking up a big wage and the directors charging the company a nice fee for loans, what else has been achieved?

Ditau is very much a high risk drill, while I have no doubt the KAV team have carried out due Diligence and good modelling, this is virgin territory in terms of searching for metals with no previous explorers work to consider.

This also represents a big opportunity, it’s somewhat exciting that we may find a new mineral base that has been over looked.
Likewise we could find nothing of note.

If they are set to commence by mid April, is mid June a fair enough assumption to expect results to be released to market or at least some of the results that are available?

They have entered into a long term lease on a new company hub and it’s being fitted out, so no doubt that will cost at least £200k based on London prices.

The company will need a new major sponsor to hit profit this year.

There has been chatter around a new sponsor but nothing has happened yet.
One theory was a new sponsor would begin from the start of the new tax year but there is no reason why that would not be announced in advance.

Whatever the case, a new main sponsor is a must to provide shareholder value.

A big part of the next 10 days sales will be investors ISA allowances, yearly profits, etc.

I have evaluated the risk, reward, positives and negatives and have decided to buy in

I don’t see the 25p plus this year (happy to be wrong!) but I do see long term growth and potential.

There are a few options available to them to get around the latest sanctions but they need a willing bank partner

I do agree, a buyout is a risk at this stage to all those long term holders who purchased shares at 9p upwards and should be rewarded for their patience.

But I am critical of the management who would benefit from a robust evaluation of the company’s performance in the past 6 months.

Can anyone address the elephant in the room in regards to CGO namely the CEO and his past behaviours (good and bad)?

If that is the case, it’s surprising they haven’t been announced yet.

It would be a shame for all medium to long term holders, many of whom purchased shares at 9p+ if BIDS was taken over just as it’s starting to deliver on its potential

Good contribution and all shareholders should be sceptical and question everything.

KAVs management is not performing to a high standard and if Ditau is another failure no matter how they spin it, the share price will be down near 1p.

It’s key for all of our investments Ditau drill targets hit the target and what they are targeting is worthwhile.
