The problem here is with this news entering the public realm, the share price is likely to respond positively.

So he could find a share price of 7p and will have to make an offer in the low teens.

It’s still a bargain for the buyer but for those shareholders who have been in POG long term and are in at 15p plus, it will be a bitter pill to swallow selling cheaply because of a war you neither envisaged nor welcomed.

I don’t disagree, but it leads to a lack of trust in the directors which in turn can lead to the company missing out on investors.

It does concern me how leaky this company appears to be.

Whenever good news is coming, buying picks up and within 24 hours the selling commences.

Not good stewardship from the directors.
