Not cross ramping, I was pointing out CGO are also a UK listed coal company who actually started mining in Africa and have in place a small off take agreement.

Can you show me anywhere where the solar project was offered to shareholders?

Can you show me where they made a profit Vs what was raised and spent?

I would suggest your post could be misleading and I would recommend you look back at the RNS information to see what really happened.

The coal project looks dead.

They have been talking with the Chinese founder for years

The Chinese firm knows NCCL have no money and nothing to offer other than the licenses which NCCL can lose if they don’t develop (I think that’s one of the terms with the Mozambique govt permits?)

Another solar project comes across as an excuse to keep the company going, raise more funds and keep the CEOs healthy pay packet going

Will another solar project end up in the hands of the director Scott Fletcher again?

Will the market lend them more money for a solar project based on what happened last time where they raised around £3m to build the solar project but sold it off for around £1m?

Is the best thing for all concerned (except the directors remuneration packages) to close the company?

If you want a up start coal producer the company to invest in is Contango (CGO); NCCL are miles away from doing what Contango are currently building and selling.

Yes, although I would much rather be out but it’s not likely without a heavy loss at the current share price,

I have lost confidence in the leadership and they are doing nothing to win it back.

Normally I would buy in at these lows but I just don’t see the CEO having any clue how to monetise anything KAV find; so far he has shown himself to be awful at doing deals, the terms of the deals thus far have been worse for KAV than the other party.

New clued up CEO required.

You don’t have to choose from an inexperienced, clueless CEO or a experienced, failed CEO.
How about a normal performing achieving successful CEO?
There are plenty out there.

If you want a novice who has messed up to manage your investment then I wish you luck.

Only agenda is wanting the best for shareholders.

The best and often only worthwhile joint ventures are when the new partner comes to you not visa versus using a 3rd party.

If KAV had anything remotely commercial or interesting this would have occurred.

Instead millions have been spent and no real progress aka a clear commercial opportunity that a potential investor/miner can’t say no to has been discovered.

Time to change the CEO and get KAV back on track.
If they don’t get new leadership this share price will be heading under 1p with further dillution and wasted drills confirming nothing suitably commercial.

If Ben Turney won’t do the decent thing and offer his resignation then the investors need to move and bring in a CEO who gets things done with a clear plan, not this current jumble sale approach.

Could 2023 be the last year of KAV if they don’t get some new leadership to turn this mess around?

Hope long until the AGM when we can raise a vote of no confidence in the CEO Ben Turney?

Is it time for shareholders to request a vote of no confidence in the Kavango CEO?

Some terrible decisions in the past 12 months , a new competent CEO is required to turn KAV around.

Why the silence?

If he has raised the latest funds at a terrible price for existing shareholders, then surely the idea was to drill immediately.
If they don’t drill these prospects this year, why the hell did he raise at such a terrible level?

The silence is bad, and points towards a CEO who this year has damaged his reputation and now is demonstrating his lack of experience in the field of exploration.
Good engagement, a clear plan, regular information flows and honesty will help build back his reputation.
Hiding and making more mistakes will not.

Company has drifted, as has the share price.

Poor previous update, no real progress, tax issue to address, Chinese management harsh on the local workers which has entered the media, no sign of phase 2, communication remains zero with current shareholders.
