Did they state early Dec or late Dec for funding expectations?

A big thank you for all those prudent shareholders for writing to the FCA about Drapers conduct,
for highlighting the sorry affair on social media and warning others of the pitfalls of buying BIDS shares while the current CEO remains in post.

It’s much harder and yet more rewarding to be a sensible shareholder than a cheerleader, cheerleaders even cheer when there wealth is being eroded.
There are plenty of examples on this share chat forum.

And now an RNS has arrived in my inbox from BIDS.

No doubt the RNS is in response to all the cheer leader shareholders screaming ‘nothing to see here’ and is not in any way due to the more sensible shareholders wishing to uphold FCA regulation .

Keep on cheerleading, it has such a profound impact on the share price and the conduct of the CEO.

It’s the right thing to do.

It’s the moral thing to do,

It only takes 5 minutes to report via the form,
I would recommend everyone take out the time to hold the CEO to account based on the evidence that has emerged on social media and send him a message that sharing price sensitive information with a selective few is wrong!

Raising funds on a RNS that conveniently left out this information is wrong.

They have my official complaint, but the more people who companies the higher the priority it will receive

All thoughts now turn towards the funding

As usual the devil will be in the detail

Be interesting to see how much of the company they give away to get the funding in place

That is assuming the funding is agreed.

I would be amazed if the share price ever exceeded double figures.

There are now so many shares and warrants issued, no investor with any understanding of mineral discovery combined with the appalling track record of KAVs CEO would touch this share with a barge pole.

If you can get your money back you are doing well.
The CEO has destroyed all positive sentiment many had for Kavangos success.

If you are a long term holder then there is no conceivable logical reason why the huge growth in the number of shares and the lack of a credible discovery despite millions spent is any way good for long term owners.

If KAV and it’s useless CEO ever find something commercially viable then your share of the profits will have been massively reduced due to the constant failures in funding raising, deals with POW, bad drill results, etc.

And based on his past performance does anyone think KAVs CEO could strike a good deal with a potential buyer or joint venture?
He is miles out of his depth

The useless CEO keeps his job

Is it fair to assume the drilling will be completed by Wednesday?

Over 10 months into the transformation year, how is it going so far or was the awful the CEO simply spouting more nonsense?

Disastrous year

No clue,
no plan,
no experience,
no money,
no commercial discovery
No value created for shareholders

Unless the next 2 weeks strike gold (or copper) 2022 has been a complete waste and a lesson on how not to run a junior discovery mining company.
