I would be fairly confident to predict their is more than 1 producer watching KAV from the sidelines

It’s my opinion, If you where a producer you wouldn’t buy out or partner with KAV at this point as they don’t really need any help and are building the evidence of what’s under the ground.
But there will be a point when KAVs evidence book is thick enough for someone to make the move before any rivals get the chance.
The million dollar question is when or rather at what stage in the pipeline? After KSZ has been revisited and proven?

There is no chance POG will get an export license.
Why would a country at war, facing heavy western sanctions, allow a UK based company trading in its national assets (arguably its finest asset) to sell the asset abroad for a higher price than Gazprombank was willing to pay?

Do people really think Gazprombank have washed their hands of POG and won’t be involved in its future or rather the gold mines future?

Reality says it’s a matter of time before POG belongs entirely to the Russians

It will if Everest alliance have sold there holding. Are they still holding around 6% of POG?

POG may have a good case under UK law, but that will not matter one bit nor be enforceable in Russia.
The rules of the game have changed since the war, any UK legal determination regarding contracts will be worthless on the ground in Russia.
If the UK wishes to confiscate Russian private assets, don’t get upset if the same happens to UK shareholder assets.

I don’t envy POG management, they are stuck between a rock and a hard place.
This could still play out in the interest of shareholders but those odds are long hence the share price.

If everlast alliance have sold out, that is a huge red flag IMO.
