Consolidation might give less volatility by shaking off day traders addicted to trading millions of sub penny shares.

Muldoon this is incorrect. Check your facts and the 2 relevant RNS and total voting rights and warrants in-between. Including 400m warrants issued which didn't trigger a tr1.

Not possible for a 102m "the recent 100m warrants" to change his % from 6.41% to 5.84% based on a holding of 217m shares out of 3.774bn shares. This dilution alone would only impact his holding by 2.7%

It's necessary to also factor in the 400m warrants, plus his 17m increase, which could be from warrants issued to him, from net buys since the April RNS, or a combination of both.

Looks like the big sells (warrant shares?) have diminished. Just a lone 2m sell in the first 100 minutes. Sellers more likely those who want to try their luck elsewhere thinking this is going up until significant news changes sentiment, or the BOD find an institutional investor with a hoover.
