Well Berke Buyukkucak had the idea and pitched it to Ronjon who took him on in an R42 fellowship. Ronjon is now Chairman of this 2 person ownership company and is helping bring it to market. It already has a revenue model built in to reward scientists who submit ideas and data. Very interesting community concept.

In ignorance, and as a commercial airline fanatic, and being on an airline discussion board I initially assumed by AA bonds you meant American Airlines 😂

Bonds sound good for retirement but only if locked in long term and when interest rates are high. Low risk if AA rating like Nvidia's long term bonds 3.5% and ideally need to be index linked?

I gather another attraction is when interest rates fall very low, if you are holding high interest bonds you can sell at a premium.

I note some American Airlines bonds (8.5% short term) are rated B2 🧐

Only learnt about shorting by being in this share. In hindsight, I was buying WizzAir as JP Morgan was shorting it after the results in June 😆

Is the date on short tracker the date it was shorted or the day it was reported? (they are allowed to report the day after before 3.30pm)

I used ChatGPT to estimate JP Morgan's average short price. Going back to 4 Feb 0.53%, 2 April 0.64% then increasing to 1.06% on May 9th before results (1600p+) then they added another 0.64% in late June and July e.g. the increase from 1.06% to 1.7% averages 1075p

Average overall is around 1265p...so yes the squeeze is on!

If they have not bought back any already then their unrealised loss stands at £1.37m based on the price now (1378p) and 1.7% exposure
