This is only the very beginning of this AI pioneer. Mcap just £13.6m. Huge potential. Great BOD. More warrants will help with liquidity long term. And that's how the directors can be remunerated. Preferable to salary and bonus system IMHO.

This is incorrect.

The 675m for the BOD have not been exercised yet. And even when they are (there was a 1 year shelf life from 31st March) AND if any are sold, we will get a Directors Dealing RNS.

So you can be sure none of them have been sold since they don't even exist as shares yet. We will likely see an RNS before 31st March 2026 when any of them are exercised. By then the share price could be much higher.

To be factual, there were 510m warrants exercised and converted to shares, thereby increasing the number of shares in issue to 3.63b. Yes some of these could still be being sold, but IMHO the warrant sales have dried up, the selling we are seeing now is traders. Drive down the price, buy back in, sell on news.

Good to see progress, and relatively quickly.

The 687,500,000 warrants Immanuell referred to have not been exercised yet. His post was misleading in this respect and as yet has not been corrected.

So it's impossible the associated shares could have been, or are being, sold.

In recent months, 510m warrants have been exercised and the associated shares have been issued.

A black trade (late reported print) does not definitely indicate the sale of warrant shares.

Some are buys.

These delayed reported trades have become much smaller. No more 30m 50m trades.

You clearly did not do your research because you missed the 110m warrants. And your post neglected to distinguish those not yet exercised and/or issued to the BOD

I'd say recent trades are pi manipulators. Traders.

Volume is much lower than the 5 or 6 weeks following the issue of warrant shares.

So it's hardly basic arithmetic. If you insist it is, please present your basic evidence and enlighten us.

110m were issued as per 23rd April RNS

The 687.5m were mainly for the BOD and even if exercised I'd say it's highly unlikely they will be sold like the 400m & the 110m seem to have been.

The consensus on this board is that the 510m warrants are mostly, or all, sold. Or retained as an investment. Selling patterns characteristic of warrant sales have stopped.

These 510m will certainly have improved liquidity yet the share is still very volatile. A net buys or sell of 10m shares has frequently moved the market cap by a factor of 20 to 40.

So warrants are probably still needed. Or a public subscription for shares discounted for existing shareholders. The BOD will only dilute if absolutely necessary and for the benefit of all shareholders. A subscription gives the discounted option not to dilute. It would also improve liquidity.

Maybe you have an agenda? Trying to scare people "20m a week" 🤓

Warrants and share subscriptions are a normal part of company growth. Embrace it.

Ah I see. I wrongly assumed the only time it went over 0.5p was last week Monday. We also had that on Friday 🚀💥

At these low volumes the price can move significantly with 10 million net buys or sells. It will only take one or two bigger investors to sniff this out, buy 100 million shares for £500k+ and the share price will rocket. Maybe this will flush out some profit taking sellers. But with 10, 20, 50 such big buyers on NEWS then this will break out to 1p, 2p plus easily.

I'm tempted to top up today at 0.44 or lower
