Last time I checked I think Ronjon, a co-founder, has a controlling stake in the UK Superbio limited company. He's also Chairman. The other co-founder/CEO has 50% : Berke Buyukkucak

I'd say it's well placed to be associated with CapAI in some way. Part Ownership, IP licence, revenue sharing etc. IMHO it has huge potential. Not least the cooperative aspect of it. Very attractive to biology research teams (or even individuals) with limited funding. They can earn revenue from sharing their ideas/code/data/IP.

It could be a platform in itself to create unicorns.

I remember the excitement in our department at Leicester when I was doing research. Sir Alec Jeffries on the floor above discovered genetic fingerprinting in 1984. Leicester University got paid for every test done for about 20 years!

Imagine the same for an antibody against cancer cells.....

This is an increased pot for taking on additional staff, and, as stated, is explicitly not for the 2 main Directors. It is done now for efficiency. If you do hold any shares you could vote against it, and against the BOD's reasoning if you think you know better.
