No one here can give any negative comments to anyone selling out SOLG, be it at whatever price. NM seems to have lost the plot. Granted the sector is down, but NM is definitely holding back news from multiple factors.

I'm of the belief the financing will happen this year Jerry and that will help short term and funding gaps. NM cleary mentions their relationship with BHP so no doubt they'll play a role.

NM just informed us financing will debt and stakeholder finances vs equity. Massively bullish as I guess many think there will equity raise. Buy

as a holder, it is fair to say that NM's moves have been nothing short of a disaster. The share price itself let's you know that. And yes, there is far too much ramping in this chat room,. While fair value should be much higher on fundamentals, no one address NM motives - he can;t even get the cornerstone offer out on time. No wonder the decline. I really hope NM does NOT taking this to production. While he's done well with the find, he has zero skills of extracting. The next move will be financing, which we can only hope is at a higher value. If it's equity then there are going to be a lot of unhappy people here. if debt, that wil be the last pop for a while. As for PT, be lucky to see 80p for next few years. No one is going to price this as a premium until NM leaves.

NM is objectively losing his magic and along with it investors. Under performance in these bullish commodities is simply poor. I can understand why some are saying that as never stick to guidelines, that there should be some change at the top.

For the deal they secured the time was warranted. Just look at what they pay out.. or actually dont until much forward in the future. The Brendan report read very well and the team do have mining experts on the board that know what they are doing (not just hedge fund managers). With rates being cut and copper reserves down, they're in a sweet spot. I hope there are sellers on open. Liquidity will be good to top up

liberum were their bookrunner and helped them raise the funds. But as a house I rate them.
