Love reading this chat room. To all those now saying AM should go... totally agree. This management is the pits. Look at DEV and IMMO management who care. I hope you all go to the AGM and tell him. @ milly has been saying this going to rip since January and wondering why people were selling last Year too .. give it a break! You know why... and I've saying why too. Without a product to sell to market or users why invest in this £35m mkt cap company that has massive losses (huge for aim) and negative EBITDA. 2p is the cash value of this business at best. That's being generous. These guys WILL raise next year. Do the numbers and work out the burn rate. Maybe @Milly can help?

@harrydask another LONG only investor that only buys dips. He's a typical investor you want to NOT listen to. Saw the word VR and bought near highs. No doubt massively down and BELIEVES one day.. hoping one day management do something that makes this go up a few percent. If you look at my posting history I only arrive when I think there's further downside and all I read on here are people talking about a buyout (NOT going to happen) vs operational updates (of which there are none)

my agenda is simple. To state an opinion on a stock that has further legs t go down and stop others from losing money. These chat boards are there to share information. I've been very consistent with valuation for this company and my dislike for the way management are running this company. They seem to be on a death wish, having cashed out at earlier levels. And now taking 200k a year for delivering NOTHING for shareholders! You obviously have more money to lose than others. Most trading on AIM don't.. especially those trading their pensions! Much better stocks out there... and until management change or they actually start producing a working model that equates to a valuation of £40m, this should be avoided.

you're obviously NOT an analyst. Fundamentals have changed. Adoption is slower. There is only one more light left on for this stock before it drops to 1.5p (valuing it on cash levels of the company) and that is Quest launch and whether MelodyVR say something about a new app that's going to be launched AND future promotions AND they are now out of closed period and buy back stock. Anything less will see this go further down. Kiss goodbye to your ISA holding!

investors are getting out. Simple. No communication or forward looking statements from management or further clarity that investors wanted. Better stocks out there... oh and stop losses being triggered. As I said a buyout ion this stock will NOT happen. So that being said what's the upside in the near term?

I know this got mentioned a while ago, but without crawling through all the posts, is NM in the states right now on a roadshow to II / hedge funds? Or has that yet to come?

This is never getting back to 20p. Do you actually know the numbers needed to get it back there? The house brokers haven't even published an update (says a lot). As I have been saying, not surprised this is lower (as I had said a few weeks back). There is going to massive dilution soon as with their 80 workers and AM and co on 200k each, they're going to have to come to market at a steep discount from here. I am surprised holders in this stock aren't going to the AGM and demanding answers.. and/ or better still asking AM to resign / give up his dual chairman, CEO role. He obviously has no idea how to run a listed company. Way different skills from promoting a club! He can't promise anything he said last year about growth. GLA long time holders... you'll need it if nothing changes .

at this rate the difference in ratio between share prices might actually lead to a deal! If I was NM I'd keep CGP share price suppressed for a while longer.

i'd say you're looking at between 1.5 -2p. Thats where cash balance is and lets maybe give them a bit for revenue generating. At that point its maybe worth a punt. Always said the CEO needs to go. He has no idea how to run a tech business. POOR RNS!

Makes complete sense zoro. I'm in both too. I will NOT be selling my solg shares but do think that if NM doesn't table a good enough bid, another suitor will. I believe, as many I assume, that as a SOLG shareholder we want CGP consolidated vs not. I hope NM's advisers are saying the same.

Good questions... and worth putting to NM. When will there / might there be confirmation of a conf. call with NM? Jerry? Nobody here really wants this to go to production. If NM is serious about it (knowing more after results) I can see more people switching into CGP for an earlier payday.

was that confirmation from IR? Only two reasons to do a roadshow. Get more institutional investors on board about the potential in SOLG... get more on board in preparation to raise funds on the back of newsflow. The latter is not necessarily negative as long as it can be supported by their story as to their valuation. Be interesting to see which institutions they have on the list to see.

Totally agree Jerry. If he takes this to production he's only fooling himself. Well done for getting where he has to this. Next steps surely must be a sale of Cascabel. Near term certainty is that CGP get taken out first by end of year. Then only that has been concluded will SOLG really take off.

very frustrating. Best bet would be to call their advisers. SI Capital (01483 413500) and speak to Nick. He's as helpful as can be. Then to constantly call the offices. I must say this whole last week they have been 'in meetings' or 'away' - which is showing contempt to shareholders. Maybe the more of us that call, the more pressure to let us know something. I'm just wondering how long they can keep on being suspended.. is the time limit a year?
