My Bitterness on NM aside, we really are at long term support levels.. all the way back to 2016. Going to have to take a small bite here.

So we're approaching August 2018 lows. How can anyone defend NM at this stage.

Not sure what you mean by massive dilution. Not sure we get that ar these levels. I agree with Quady, a debt infused finding package would increase share price vs equity (which he has hinted at). I'm more stating that SOLG can go for a song and at 50p this could be gone for chips vs the £1 brigade. Even at 45p.

Let's also not forget, this company CAN be taken out at the 50p level and as long as NM and his pals get an equity stake in the newco, he'll agree and there will be nothing us retail investors can do. Right now, I'd take the 50p offer. As you can tell by the share price, NM doesn't give a hoot about anyone else.. he's on a fat salary and will no doubt will be looked after himself only. Kiss those £1 price targets good bye.

I don't know why everyone assumes this is the mms getting this down, they just trade this without taking a position, no market maker is allowed to take positions on there book. That was stopped a long time ago. These are holders selling because of the antics of NM. Hero to zero.

Agree. Cookie seems to be a few crumbs short of a biscuit. Same old long only bull. What that pension savings diminish!

:) In fairness this share has been taxing. One of the long term holders sold completely out at the 24 level too, which has got to hurt. The fundamentals provide just too much upside. Need to hold and bear the pain at these times. GLA!

I'd say they are waiting for calmer markets and more liquidity which should be September / October time.

if NM were to go / ousted, then SOLG will definitely be up for sale and this stock would shoot up in a heart beat. Wouldn't be a bad thing for NM to go in my opinion. I'd vote for that.
