So last time the votes went against a resolution or they were on balance unfavourable, NM stepped down. Should we be expecting news of something similar in regards to an announcement that a) Moller gone b) potentially Ward stepping down and c) pre-emption rights? Thoughts?

Scratt agree last throw of the dice. BHP or whoever II that agreed with them have their grip on us. No way SOLG goes for £1/£2 sky high valuations thrown here. Likely to be around valuation given by Liberum. I say 50/60p today is good value knowing the substantial costs yet to be borne and delayed schedules. Definitely last year for the old board (thank you)!

Wet cabbage more exciting than the AGM. Surprised the share price has actually stayed so perky! I see no buyers until Feb,which is the start of the annual uptick in share price. No doubt a 1/2 percent increase will see bulls chirping thst a bid is coming. They forget were at 24/ 25p. Crappy end to a year lef by NM and his goonies

I doubt they need just a few weeks for the PFS, otherwise they would have stated they are close. It is looking more like months. If I was the CEO I would state the same and push NM and co under the bus. It definitely seems NM and Co have stuffed us with bull a number of times. Who promises PFS a number of times, only to have to wait for more drilling results to get it out. That's a worry. No one is bidding for SOLG right now. All majors have their hands full with other M&S deals right now and its XMAS.. the bankers are not around. Any push our for a few months brings share price down because of funding issues. The saving grace here would be that the board ARE looking at JV. That would push share price up quite a bit. All in hands on new CEO. I am still voting against a number of the seats. Enough has been enough. Time to vote in a new board that can take action. BBG take your meds old man

BBG better odds on you been crazy. All you'll be doing is loading up on SOLG after tomorrow. No bids here, read in between the statements being made.

No more announcements for SOLG and people are still praying and hoping for a buyout (LOL). I expect the votes for passing a few of the resolutions tomorrow will come down to the wire again which won't inspire confidence. As for PFS I'm expecting him to push this to Q2/Q3 next year, which won't be good. Not out of the woods yet.

If was the new CEo coming in, then I woukd totally clear the decks, blame past mistakes on previous management and start to deliver. Great for him, pretty crappy for existing shareholders. Irwim suggested he expected a delay. His silence right now is interesting. I wouldn't bet against Darryl doing this on AGM....I mean why wouldn't he, he has nothing to lose. Which yes gets us to teens.

Sense check... what would happen to share price/ this boards reaction if a) pfs to be published q2 2022 b) pfs published q4 2022?

Agree with all the bullish comments. I just got to double my previous size at these levels. Very excited after that RNS. Seems like they were waiting for CEO to take hold before releasing news. Strap in!

Following this news, I am quite happy now to buy the dips on big red days. I don't think it will be SOLG news specific (well hope not) but this market is on edge. Bids in at lower strike!

Realistic is more in line re: Quady's remarks. Some investors cheer at everything SOLG put out. There's more to consider and questions to be answered about this RNS than simply saying 'fantastic' (which is wasn't and neither was it terribly disappointing). Hope there is more than this before AGM!

Who wants to take over the rubbish that NM has stated. I've seen it happen many times in the past. It might be possible now. At least then all the love child's of NM will do one and disappear. Of course I hope that is not the case. The third silver lining that I forgot to mention is Irwin and Sanga. Skin the game and want to extract value sooner than later (and Sanga is one of the best). 3 things going for us. All about executing at the right price with risk reward in focus. SOLG is not one for the buy and hold. Anyone that's been invested for here for some time knows that (except BBG and his one or two goonies).
