Plus the SP is not going to move significantly just based on positive noises or rumour anymore. Hemo had some grace with investors since the covid play in April 2020. That inflated the SP, then disappeared off the radar and now this... confidence is lost. It will be about action now, not words anymore. I have been here 3 years and I will hold for a while longer to see what happens next but I'm extremely disappointed in the communication from the company.

mrshoubs, obviously it's just my opinion. But this is a massive setback on the route to market and the realisation of any value. Things will take considerably longer and be more expensive without the invested interest of Global co. It looks like we are essentially going it alone which is much higher risk than doing it with the backing of a major pharma company. Plus all this is assuming the product works and it just needs to be proven...

Looking back at the lack of clarity of the communication from Hemo, it does make me kick myself. This is going to be an uphill struggle as the shareholder trust in company communications is gone, we need some substantial good news, we have MINT selling into every rise along with a number of shareholders who have been stung. I agree, no longer a 3 year investment. More like 7 now.

IMO Hemo licensing the IP of Global co is not good news. This is what I was trying to the bottom of yesterday. I wish I had realised the ambiguity was deliberate and sold. Unfortunately. I assumed it was an oversight. I won't make that mistake again.

They have not walked away as hemo could take the option to licence their IP. Enough with the rose tinted perspectives. Need to look at the facts.

It had been pretty obvious people have been consistently selling into any rise for a while. Very suspicious IMO. Oh well, there is always Karma.

Probably better to wait to average down as this will drift on no news. Any rise will probably be offset by people selling into it as usual and there is also MINT to consider. Dead share unless substantial and clear good news arrives.

I don't know why you want to hear from them. Neither of them have a crystal ball and none of them entertained the idea of this happening. So either they aren't especially skilled investors or they have behaved in a way to benefit themselves. Forget them and never rely on others opinions, no matter how convincing. A lot of sharks.

How do we know that this is the order of events? Was it in an RNS? Did I miss it?

That's my thoughts Stu. I appreciate others think this is overthinking the situation but I do think the discussion should be welcomed, if only to clear ip any confusion.

I am not a deramper. I have a significant holding. However, for my own clarity, I would like to know if I have understood this incorrectly. Is it the case that Hemo may licence Global co IP but Global co may not licence Hemo IP? Or is the RNS badly worded and the only choice is for them to licence each others simultaneously or not at all?

IMO, the price is going down because either people are selling now to get in cheaper later or they are selling up and moving on to a share which they think has more short term potential. People have different investment strategies.

I originally did read the last RNS as the option was being taken and the were just deciding the terms now. However, now I can see the other perspective and I have to agree it is strange how there is ambiguity surrounding whether the option to licence has been exercised. Was the last RNS basically alluding to a further delay? I am not concerned about what Vlad tweets at all as it is his personal account but I really would like the RNS's to be explicitly clear. The fact another one has not bee released to clear the ambiguity points to a delay possibly.

Agree Billy. I also prefer to get to know the companies I invest in, rather than following the crowd. Then I can rely on my own decisions when things take longer than planned...

I share a similar view. I don't think 1.5p is out of the question over the next 3 years.

I thought the last rns was good but that had no impact. So fingers crossed the next one has a better outcome.
