With derampers, surely it's because they want a cheaper entry price?

I do sometimes wonder if ramping actually has the opposite effect. The desperation makes people sell as they think it's losing momentum and on way down, hence why people feel the the need to ramp.

I definitely agree Pawnking. I just find it hard to fathom large sells happening at this point with so much potential to be seen.

Nothing seems to happen quickly with Oilex. There is still a lot of admin to do. Traders have got bored and many others will also move onto the next big thing. This one definitely requires the intention to be in it for the longer term. If things happen quicker, that's a bonus. Average down but take your time, as I say nothing seems to happen quickly with Oilex.

Happy to be corrected but feels like someone is offloading into every rise.

Why the impatience so much?

It isn't 30 tcf, it is 900 bcf.

Obviously, JV news may create a surge.

I think it may be more of a slow build from here with some ups and downs. Many get bored quick and some want more concrete information before committing. However, I do believe it will come good, but may take a while. I intend to be here for another 18 months to 3 years.

It has been higher than the current price on just rumour of OEX buying Cambay. This company has been just a shell for a while, it is now coming back into action and hence deserves a much higher valuation. It will just take patience, which I have learned to have bags of.

Great news. Long term for me too. I took a loss, then got back in at 0.09. Have recovered my losses and gained some. Has been worth the wait.

The sp depends on the market unfortunately! A fickle thing at the best of times. I hope to see at least .5 before further updates. But that is only my personal objective. Many investors are impatient or don't see/don't care about the future value of a company. They just want to jump in and out of the latest risers... so who knows

'Placing' is always used like a dirty word, designed to scare off investors. But that is a primary aim of stock market. Raising money to invest and realise potential.
It is a necessary step on the road to success for many companies, so I don't understand the hysteria that surrounds it. Private investors may make slightly less out of future price rises but the company will make more in long run, so it evens out. You can't have it all...
Additionally, there are other ways for Oilex to raise the cash.

This outcome was no mean feat. I think it's important to remember just how much of an obstacle has been overcome.
