Rick, they are forward selling the shares so Mint themselves don't have to believe their will be considerable upside. They are making their money now. They can't really lose out. If the SP falls, they get more shares, if the SP rises, they get a better forward selling price and more commission. If Hemo go bankrupt, Mint will get paid before we do. That's why this type of financing is cheap, it is high risk and often chosen by companies who have no other choice. Read up about it. I wish I had months ago. Lesson learned.

Well Vlad said he was pursuing other forms of finance and he did do that investor presentation a while back.

The more I learn about CLN's, the more obvious it becomes that we need some significantly positive news asap or we need to get rid of Mint. This current situation is not going to hold.

I hope it will come good one day in the longer term. No point selling. I hope so anyway. If Mint do decimate the SP, I guess Vlad will have to sell. Not for much but hopefully we will get something back.

Plus, the rise is being consistently sold into and probably will be for a while.

I agree Micky, possibly an even lower SP if another conversion happens soon. It does make sense for Mint to convert at low price as they get more shares.

They did say they are always looking at financing options so at least there is admission that Mint is not ideal! Although, when asked something along the lines of whether Mint were trying to damage the company, he said he "didn't think so". I would have liked a more confident response on that.

I would have to listen to that part again. I don't recall thinking it had anything to do with a other company, but more that taking the option wasn't a viable business decision for Global co, probably in terms of their strategic guidelines and targets, rather than because the actual product isn't feasible.

I have to say the stuff Vlad said about competitors pipping them to the post was something I hadn't considered and does place an additional time pressure on product development. What Hemo is trying to achieve is certainly not easy but hopefully, worthwhile in the longer term.

I'm pretty sure he said if Global co has taken the option and then decided not to further the research on CDX, then it would be finished. Hemo couldn't continue it. That's what I got from what he said. So Vlad sees it as a positive because he obviously believes in the product whereas Global co have different business drivers which may clash with Hemo's objectives. He also said there wouldn't have been much money in them taking the option as far as I can tell. So the only benefit Global co has is assisting with the tech and trials, which of course is very needed. They will however, not be bearing much risk. Hemo is willing to do that though.

Vlad said Global co not taking the option was not a bad thing because it means Hemo retains some control over the product, whereas all control was gone under the option. So in the long run, it will work out better for Hemo if the product is proven to be successful.

I don't think anyone is questioning Hemo's scientific expertise and ability to do clinical trials with help from larger pharma. I am also much happier with the changes to the communication. The uncertainty for me is primarily regarding short to medium term financing and specifically the future unpredictable (or predictable, as the case may be) behaviour of Mint.

Hedge, is 60m enough for the 7 million we owe plus getting all these products into clinical trials? "Have no doubt that this time next year CAR T, CDX, and CBR will be in clinical trials.". I'm interested in the maths. I'm also interested in when Mint are planning to convert the next 9million and if there will be enough good news flow and a stable enough SP, to allow the 60m to be converted over the next 5-8 years. Still a lot of uncertainty. I do have more trust in Vlad's communication now, so that is a definite bonus. However, I will wait to see what plays out with Mint in the next few months and where the SP gets to.

King, that is not what Vlad said. He said there would be an update and but progress is being made.

I feel covid isn't going to have that much impact on SP now, unless the RNS is stunning and related to something which will help address variants. So many ongoing issues with variants at moment...

Also, as tuan has previously stated, Vlad mentioned the IP at this point is not worth much, that happens after clinical trials.

Vlad did say negotiations were ongoing and it looks like Global co will be assisting. He also said the issue was not with the product. However, he alluded to the fact signigicant finance was not ever going to be a part of the deal because Hemo would have lost complete control of the product. We do need finance to get to trials, so it is really up to how Mint behaves now and it seems how Mint behaves is out of Hemo's hands.
