I agree Pokerchips. Topping up/averaging down is necessary to recover from the dilution but the question is, when to top up. I'm pretty sure the answer is...not yet...for me anyway.

Mint conversions so far- summary

Mint have convert 85m shares approx so far.

It is astonishing that there is no minimum conversion price. I would never have believed a company like Hemo would have to take such a risky type of finance.

I think it was the expense of a placing which Vlad was against.

The draw downs are when Hemo take a tranche of money, so Hemo have taken 12m of the 60m offered by Mint. However, the conversions are when Mint convert the money taken already (first tranche of 12m) into shares and forward sell them, making them some money back. As Hemo pay no interest on this type of finance. So the drawdowns are distinct from the conversions. Mint have 8m left to convert from the first tranche.

MrIndia, if you average down, you have to make it really count, so go cautiously as this could easily drop to 1p with the 8m outstanding to convert. Obviously, 3p to 1.5p is a 50% drop so averaging down now is super risky...

Vagabond, I understand that some people will want to hope that Mint change their mind. I do too but it is unlikely as then they wouldn't be doing their job. Unless, Hemo could persuade them with some positivity about the roadmap but again, unlikely as the relationship seems to have broken down. I do hope Hemo do not draw down any more than the 12 m. To be honest, I don't see how they can. But if they don't, how will they continue with no funding? At the moment all the facts point towards a really bad situation for Hemo. I am too waiting some wonderful news from them but I will definitely not be averaging down until I can assure myself that I am not going to lose more money.

So that's roughly x12?
