It is strange how LSE still haven't updated the end of day trades for non premium members. Not very reliable which is why I'm not a premium member anymore.

UT must mean something as it's the price decided upon to match the most buys and sells at the end of the auction period. So to me, it suggests supply exceeded demand at the end of the day and they had to drop the price to make the trades. I have to say I haven't seen it affect the next trading day opening price too much. Would love to hear from someone who knows more about these UT's.

Don't worry, I've just researched it briefly. If it helps, I wish I had sold ages ago on the day of the massive drop and that's based on the facts not emotion. Now, I'm here based on emotion because at the moment I cannot face making a 70% paper loss real. Even though I know there are many better investments available right now.

But £8m is still owed to Mint... so that maths doesn't work.

I'd agree Mint will want to keep the SP about 1p. I don't know how that will work though in practice when they have so much left to convert and no news.

At this point £8m conversions to come doesn't even bear thinking about.

This share was around 0.065p at one point. So it has already seen a good increase on the recent developments.

While some investors are getting in, any rise seems to be sold into. I guess it is likely at this low SP that Mint are responsible for the majority of sells.

Unless, this really was the only choice.

The board members have extensive legal, financial and pharma negotiation experience. I find it hard to believe that they didn't perceive this situation to be a distinct possibility.
