Thanks B1ll. Seems to be some exemptions regarding TR-1 notifications. I'm still none the clearer lol. I'll take another look later. If anyone knows what decisions an investment firm like Mint could make regarding the voting rights attached to the new shares they forward sold, I would be interested to know.

Why would MM's buy that many shares? Surely, its risky if they can't sell them?

What does the part about Mint making all decisions with regard to the exercise of voting rights? There are no voting attached to the CLN but once converted into shares, what decisions could Mint make about voting rights on these shares and does that affect TR-1 notifications?

B1ll, not at all. I made a massive error by ignoring the red flags and thinking other more experienced investors must have known more information then I had access to in the RNS's. I hesitated to sell because I wanted to believe the positivity and now I'm down like everyone else here. I am not posting to say I called it right. I didn't. However, I do now have a much better understanding of the situation and I am posting to clarify what we know now i.e. the established facts and to stop people being sucked into more rubbish which is being spouted.

Vlad even stated in one of his interviews that Mint were the best because they were the cheapest!

Of course it was never an investment. Why would a single client invest £60m with no voting rights using an intermediary who is pulling all the strings. What nonsense. It was always a cheap form of finance which without a fixed or controlled conversion price could turn into this ridiculous situation.

The prospectus doesn't say a single investor, it says a single client. It also says Mint not the client will make all the decisions.

So if Vlad believed in Mint but now we are to believe that Mint have somehow duped Hemo and are a dodgy entity, it would have been good for Hemo to have put some protection in place with regard to the agreement. Believing in and trusting are not usually legally binding business terms.
