The board members have extensive legal, financial and pharma negotiation experience. I find it hard to believe that they didn't perceive this situation to be a distinct possibility.

I do wonder how much Hemo could see this situation coming. It's all in the prospectus. Have private investors been sacrificed in order to get the funding to continue work. If so, fine but all the tweets and private information to members of this board is so questionable.

Porky, SP crash is a combination of things. Mainly, Global co not taking option has triggered the situation with Mint converting at low SP. Lack of news on other products and questionable funding.

I should clarify, that's the worse case scenario as to get that many shares, they would all need to be converted at 1p. I was surprised the time line was 2 years though.

It also states if all 6 billion shares are issued over the next 2 years, existing shareholders would experience 93.26% dilution. Grim reading indeed.

The funds for the facility are being provided by a single client. That doesn't mean this single client is investing. It just means they gave to money to Mint, to give to Hemo and Mint's job is to make the money back for them.

Hedge, if by 'usual suspects', you mean me and tuan and if by 'same rubbish', you mean the actual facts and mechanisms behind what is happening, then you are really showing your true colours. People aren't going to stop posting and trying to understand the current situation just because you are bored. Just filter or don't read the board. Or how about you actually let us know why we are wrong and enlighten us???

Rick, of course I don't know the answers to those questions. The first one is possible of course. The second one, I have no idea, maybe the people buying assume the SP will rise of the longer term 5-10 years, which many still believe. Maybe someone knows something more than us. It wouldn't surprise me. Whatever way, it's us that gets the raw deal as our shares are experiencing significant dilution and our averages are much higher than whoever is holding these newly insured shares.

They get a 10% discount to the SP when they convert - take a look at the term sin the RNS. They have also sold at a higher price for the previous conversions. I haven't checked the last one.

The sells are in the trade history and there is no TR1. What else could it mean? Why would Mint hold the stock? They are not investing. They are getting a return on their loan to Hemo.
