I don't see how a hostile takeover would benefit anyone. The expert skill level in these sorts of companies is where the value is also, aside from the IP. Would people working on the projects be happy to continue them after a take over?
How would Vlad feel? Is it really that simple to be so aggressive in this market? Would global co continue to work with them....I'm not sure a takeover is that simple.

Additionally, what is going to be done about Mint? That is what Vlad needs to address primarily, but it sounds like the relationship has broken down. Doesn't bode well. Sounds like a very poor decision on hemos part in terms of financing. Surely, financing strategy is key for a small pharma, how did they get it so so wrong. How is it going to be resolved? At this rate MINT will destroy the SP with more conversions at this low price and more dilution, irrespective of where the SP could go in the future, the value of our current shares will be significantly eroded. I would really like answers.

Hopefully the SP will hold until the interview, if it happens by in the next couple of days. What happens after the interview is anyones guess right now. I don't think it's going to gain much ground on the back of the interview, but it might help.it hold for another couple of weeks, or it won't paint hemo in a positive light and people will decide enough is enough. Fingers crossed Vlad doesn't leave me feeling with no option but to cut my losses and recoup them elsewhere.

Mint are converting to get their value the arrangement. They don't have to believe the price will rise imminently. They just have to have a buyer/buyers to forward sell to. Why are mint converting so often? Maybe they are in a rush.

Or is it a "buying" time tactic while trying to figure out the Mint issue and what to say to shareholders.

When announcing an event, it usually pretty standard to tell people when it is happening.

Yes, there is the opportunity cost for the money being tied up to consider. However, I would feel more comfortable selling once some time has passed and we have more information or not, as the case may be... each to their own really.

If Hemo don't take some positive action, if indeed they are in a situation were they are able to, then unfortunately I can see 2p coming. IMO, I won't be selling, my average is 8. The only way out of this is to find the bottom and average down. Then stop looking at it and hope for the best! Good luck.

I agree dhub. Best wait a month or so to see how it pans out before committing anymore cash.

Shareholder value not claim

The argument about wanting to extract maximum value is a very convenient one in the face of lack of interest from Global co. Unfortunately, there is no proof of this, only Vlad's word which has shown to be flimsy. Therein lies the problem, who is supporting Vlad? He doesn't apparently want to give too much away to Global co but he is happy to trash shareholder claim and be opaque in communications. He is showing a distinct lack of respect for shareholders and what global co can bring to the venture. Teamwork and collaboration with all stakeholders is crucial in junior pharma.

This Covid RNS inflated the share price and a placing was carried out. I do think there needs to be an update on the situation.

Sorry there was a further vague update in June 2020. Nothing since.

There is certainly an issue with so many holders so under water, there will be pressure for the price to go up on order for them to make a quick getaway. Can't say I blame them as I would like to do that too. However, need to be aware of actual facts versus the usual wishful thinking.

To be fair, if Pingu was as genuinely positive about Hemo as he claimed, he must have had a proper shock!

It's certainly not a pleasant thought but yes it is still feasible that the ramping was complicit and many people have been played. In all seriousness, trust no one on these forums.
