I'm pretty sure it would be in the contract under what conditions they could be converted, so I highly doubt it would have been a shock to Hemo. I'm happy to be corrected by someone who knows more about CLN's.

If people are unsure, listen to the podcast from yesterday, then make up your mind. There are endless scenarios we could all hypothesise on, but realistically, there is no evidence for most of these scenarios. However, there is evidence that Hemo's products have immense potential and Vlad is working diligently to provide more evidence. This takes money. That's just the way it is. No getting around it, there will always be a cost to borrowing money. However, the long term potential upside more than outweigh this cost.

Roley, whatever MINT do doesn't matter. Hemo have money to progress their objectives. The company value will only be realised when we have more evidence that the products work. MINT were cheap. They are a means to an end.

Vlad reiterated in the podcast yesterday that this is a long term investment. If people don't want a long term investment, then don't invest. Checking the price everyday and stressing over every fluctuation isn't constructive.
