I think what most people want to see is an RNS detailing the raise.

So you are saying you expect the placing to be at a higher price than the current SP? I was thinking further ahead than the placing with regards to what the SP will be after the placing and running up to the refrac. The flow rates will be very important then, especially if we are to factor in the usual delays.

I stated 3 months as a ball park figure, but really they could dwindle at any time . So it's all conjecture at this point.

The issue with that, is flow rates are expected to be good at first because of the shut in. It's the potential dwindling that could occur over the next 3 months that is the issue.

You do realise that telegram groups aren't needed to "get the actual facts out there". That's why we have RNS's.

If the company are actually having conversations with you and drip feeding information, that's not a good thing. Shows desperation. You'd think they would be focused on the refrac but obviously something else is so pressing that they are messing around with all this stuff.... hmmm

The RNS is deliberately opaque with regards to the raising. If the reality of the situation was more positive than the inevitable speculation there would be no need to be so opaque. Cautious times.

Yes, once the attention dies down, SP tends to drift downwards, especially if delays and now with funding uncertainty.

We have no idea what kind of fund raising is coming and when so seems a but premature.

One thing is for sure, trust wasn't great in OEX and a placing will erode it further, so I expect any good news to be sold into.

Difficult to tell how low it will go. Depends on if there is definitely a placing, what the price was, how long we wait for the refrac, what appears in these mystery RNS's and what the market thinks of it all... have to make a best guess really.
