As a LTI, I have learned from this and other shares that only focusing on the positive information usually means you end up regretting it.

It's interesting that there is a limit on the placing. Was it 10% of shares in issue? So that adds another dimension in terms of how much they can raise/how much they actually need to see them through in case of additional delays or increases in costs.

In the absence of hard facts, best guess is all we have.

Plus there does seem to have been consistent selling over the last week... so that could be forward selling. I've seen that on most placings I have witnessed.

It does seem entirely logical that the placing will be at a discount to the current SP. This has been the case in the previous placings. Also, why would you pay more ? Surely the whole point of taking part in a placing is the is something extra in it for you that others not taking part cannot get? There is no logic at all in suggesting the placing will be at a premium unless something extremely positive is RNS'd next week that inflates the SP and the placing is done off the back of that. However, Jasper has stated the alleged good news will be coming with the placing details. This will be an attempt to prevent the SP falling to the placing price. It's fairly obvious to me but who knows...

So many questions...and as yet no answers. I guess we are all just waiting until something/anything is revealed via RNS.

The narratives are all over the place. Lots of contradictions over the last couple of weeks. Maybe things not going to plan.

There is no way of predicting whether gas flow rates will be RNS'd first. They could come at the same time or the raise details could come first.

Gareth, you don't actually know that the gas flow rates will be RNS'd before the placing details. Misleading.

Agree Jasper, things will improve once there is certainty with the raise and flow rates. Hopefully, soon..

What you have written still doesn't tell us the amount required, however much you wish it did. I for one will wait and see what details are released by RNS before making any decisions. I have been here for quite a few placings already.

We have no idea of the amount required. So I don't know why people are predicting it will be "small". We don't know the gas flow rates or how long they will be sustained for. As for the idea that there are mobs trying to suppress the SP. Ludicrous.

As expected, that's really not concrete information for anyone to base their investment decisions on. Hence why it's not through the official channels.

Jasper, you mentioned the quarterly report would be early? Did Roland tell you that too? I'm sure there's lots of people keen to read it.

Where is all this news we are supposed to be receiving last week/this week - quarterly report and gas flow rates?

Toptuf, he is deliberately twisting your words so I wouldn't take it to heart at all. Best ignore it. It's not pleasant but it will blow over soon.
