Rob, if you are asking me to post the letter, I can't because I'm not on the telegram group for the last time.

I'm sure many of us were hoping/expecting the accounts were near complete seeing as SL called an AGM.. The fact the AGM might go ahead without the accounts is ridiculous. This company is a total joke.

I'm not part of the TG group. The reason I'm angry is because I have invested in ppp based on their RNS's and yet we still know nothing about when ppp will return to trading and what is happening with the GV deal. It's not hard to understand Rob.

But Zag, what do they need the money for? Where is the previous money? I'm sorry but beyond comprehension that they expect shareholders how have suffered a 6 month suspension and still have no accounts to vote yes to raising more money via dilution. We should have the financial situation of ppp in black and white before we have to make a decision.

I don't believe SL has any intention of ppp coming out of suspension. Where is the communication about the accounts? Nothing but silence. Out of order.

Rob, that response says it all. There are no good reasons. Totally stupid to vote without any information being given by the company as to what is the current state of ppp. I sincerely hope people vote no and the company get a wake up call.

I'd really love to hear some good reasons to vote yes... I can't see any myself.

Do yo have any more explanation? How do you know ppp can't move forward without the resolutions? Where are you getting this information from?

What makes you think the resolutions are fair when set within the current context ppp shareholders find themselves in?

There are a lot of useless posts to wade through so apologies if I have missed it but I would really like to hear from anyone voting yes to all the resolutions... I would like to understand your request reasoning.

Can someone explain to me why we would vote yes to OR who is under investigation, or to directors being able to allot more shares when we haven't even seen the accounts, or to losing pre-emption rights?

Why would we vote yes to these things without more information on what the hell is going on?

Well the AGM can go ahead without them apparently with just a fine. Who knows if they are actually even going to go through with the AGM.

We deserve to know what the problem is with the accounts.

Zag, don't you think something has to be done? 6 months suspension with no solid explanation or plan is outrageous.

No audited and interim accounts this morning then. Supposed to be published 21 days before agm. Still no website. Why no update on the accounts? 6 months of suspension nearly. If they can't get the accounts sorted then this won't return to trading and yet for some reason, the Board don't think it's important to issue an update about it.

Although LJ, we are going to need some positive news about the GV JV to support the sp when the suspension is finally lifted.

Agree gwilliams. There does need to be some serious consideration given to the voting. Whether or not we get the audited and interim accounts next week will be influential imo.
