The easy solution would be for SL to update us on what is going on with the company, with the money we have already recently raised and what the exact issues are... Facts not speculation.

Then we can make an informed decision. Until then, I'm voting no. It's ridiculous to vote in ignorance on wtf is going on. Surely, any sensible and rational person can see that. Maybe the directors want to get voted back in before the facts emerge.

I do think people need to consider why the TG group hold their opinions. They are not trying to destroy ppp, they have large holdings. Please have a serious think about it all.

Shareholders have a vote for a reason. We are suspended and so cannot exert any power through buying /selling. SL isn't communicating with shareholders. The only avenue we have is to vote.

Hopefully, if enough people vote no, they will bring a new director in and crack on with telling us what is actually going on. Because something is not right with the current set up.

Having audited accounts for an AGM is standard!

I don't care if it's standard. SL has already tried to do a placing. So there will be a placing. However, publishing audited accounts is standard and yet I don't see those. So no, I'm not playing along with them.. They need to sort themselves out.

Why call the AGM now before the accounts? The company is still suspended and has been for 6 months. I mean I could go on. I find it unbelievable that anyone wants to vote for more of this crap.

They have just recently raised money... What do they need to raise again for so urgently... We have no information on this.

It's sends a message that they need to work on the basics... Sort the accounts out. Tell us wtf is going on.... Where are we with the GV JV. Once they have published accounts and provided an update, then they can all the AGM and ask us to vote them back in.

It's beyond reason to expect anyone to vote yes with absolutely no information on what the hell is going on with the audited accounts, interims and JV deal.... I have no idea what you guys are thinking. It's ridiculous.

I'm not going to vote for SL or OR to be reappointed because OR is being investigated. SL hasn't done communicated clearly to shareholders and we are still very much in the dark. I'm not voting for more dilution because I still don't have the accounts to review or the reasoning behind why we need to raise more money. So sorry but it's a no from me because they have done absolutely nothing to provide us with any information for us to make a judgement. They need to buck up their ideas. This is no way to run a company.

Why not Spod, can you spell it out? What information are you basing this on?

I really don't work out how you can state voting yes is going to get our money back. No evidence of that whatsoever.
