Djm1, it does seem very peculiar that the auditors have specified the accounts won't be ready until at least the end of April.

It feels like SL is having to keep changing tack or is actually purposefully trying to make the company look bad.

Why call the AGM with no accounts. Why issue the resolutions with nothing referring to accounts. Why then cancel the AGM because no accounts. Surely he just should not have called it in the first place?

And absolutely no explanation at all regarding anything. How on earth can anyone defend SL now??? Seriously, he is totally useless at best and corrupt at worst.

No idea why they can't just update us on why the accounts are taking so long. It's not due to the auditors being "busy". Is ppp concealing information from us? No point having agm without an RNS beforehand.
