I personally will be holding off voting until the last minute in case there are any developments in terms of the audited accounts, GV, additional resolutions for the board change etc. It's pretty much 3 weeks away. So no rush imo. Plus at the moment, everything is just too vague to make a decision. For example, why would we vote OR back on if he is currently being investigated for wrong doing at another company? Why are we voting for dilution when we don't have the accounts?

Interactive investor has sent out the vote. Same as sharebel posted yesterday. Has to be done by 11th Feb. Hope we have the accounts by then!

However, how come no one knows who has requested changes to the Board as per the last RNS?

Nobody is voting for a Ceo who was shown the door, as suggested on here he covered things up hoping to crash PPP so his pathetic management of the company who die with it.

Zag, none of thir following is actually based on fact though is it. We don't have any solid facts. Seems a bit biased imo to believe stuff made up about TE but to completely give SL the benefit of the doubt when they have been associates for a long time

The actual truth of the matter us none of us know anything solid about TE or SL or OR or anton... Totally in the dark as to what has been going on.

One issue is Roland is here for the CCS, that's why we need his expertise and experience. If CCS is dropped, Roland won't be needed anymore imo.

highlighted problems in the company, yes he did in a very unprofessional and vague way in the first rns, second rns, decided things weren't that bad, next rns, it's all gone to **** again and we need more money but he hasn't told us where all the money has gone and what the money is needed for. we literally know nothing from him. he cannot be trusted imo. this is a game/battle between a load of dodgy directors and we should not give anyone the benefit of the doubt. we don't even have any accounts fgs!

The ppp situation is still totally opaque. No clarity given by Lunn. We have no solid facts on which to base our judgements on. Why is that?

I certainly won't be voting in favour of anything until we get the full story. Totally ridiculous to ask us to vote in a director who is under investigation and for share dilution without laying out the facts of wtf is going on with ppp.

If there are no accounts at the AGM then I highly doubt people will vote SL and OR back in.
