Roland has really messed this up by not having any protections in the JV agreement for delays. Massive oversight on his behalf. How is he going to rectify this?

One saving grace is the fact government approval has been granted. That could have been another delay.

On a positive note, I will have lots of opportunities to average down haha. What an embarrassing situation for Roland. They need a CCS partner ASAP who will fund it or they need to drop CCS and rebrand. This is going nowhere.
