Well Gordon, they are dragging their heels and surely will be in breach of the contract if progress isn't made soon.

That's nothing really GW, considering the current market cap. Fingers crossed things keep moving now and Roland sorts out the funding by getting an advance from Selan if needed, rather than a raise.
