To be fair, ppp seem pretty impervious to shareholders views anyway. I don't think they really care what we think. Only if it helps them.

I don't know Zag, there could be any number of reasons why they are doing this now. However, from my perspective none of them have to do with protecting shareholder value.

That's my view too NU. But also, they may know that the vote won't pass so again, this might just be stalling and stringing the whole process put while waiting for probate or other issues to resolve in Lunns favour.

Exactly NU, what has it got to do with getting the accounts done or operational progress. It's purely for Lunn to gain power or buy time... Whole he waits for probate. They are stalling.

And why is your viewpoint that it's pointless to email the company??? Surely, shareholders should be able to communicate with the company especially in this given set of dire circumstances.

No Zag, I don't believe there will be any audited accounts or any meaningful plan/operational news. They might make something up as a smokescreen but nothing concrete and useful. I believe they will try to force shareholders hand into voting yes, by arguing it is needed to come back from suspension... So shareholders will vote out of fear. Then Lunn will carry on looking after himself first and foremost and shareholders will lose out anyway. It's pretty obvious I would say, going by the last 12 months.

Because there will be no RNS Zag. We have been waiting nearly a year for resolution and nothing. They want us to just sit and wait, doing nothing. It suits them.

And that's without taking into account the fact we don't even have a deal or any defined future prospects.

It's a ridiculous amount of dilution... Halving the value of our shares.

I agree with gasman, there won't be any information before the vote. No audited accounts and no strategy. Nothing because they have no intention of ppp having a future. They are just buying time.

It's not you who is throwing away your investment, it's ppp. They are going to throw it away even if you vote yes. Voting no is the only language they understand.

On what planet is it acceptable to ask you to vote on this issue without any information at all???? Seriously... Crazy behaviour.

And Rob, I think coming up to almost a year with no resolution is pretty bloody patient.

I honestly don't know what more evidence you need to realise ppp don't care about investors being happy.

If you vote yes, you are basically voting for them to take the value out of the company. It's already over. Nothing good has happened in a year. They are just trying to wrap things up and get out with something at our expense. We have no deal and no future prospects so if this comes out of suspension, pretty much everyone will sell. It will plummet. You will be lucky to get hardly anything back.
