I do wonder what the deal is with calling it a GM on the RNS but AGM on the voting form. It cannot be an AGM as no accounts and not vote on directors.

I think everyone knows deep down that if there was going to be any positive news to change people's vote, ppp would have realised it at the same time as they published the gm/vote RNS.

Mc22, how is that helpful? We can only work with what information we have...which is that ppp has not updated the market with any information about operations or accounts and yet wants a blank cheque. I'm sure there will also be SL supporters on here over the next week too. Unless of course SL wants everyone to vote no because actually he is just stalking for time while he waits for probate/other loose ends to be tidied.

zag, the thing is, when will we ever know any facts? i do feel if there is no information before the vote, then we should vote no and organise some legal support. sl is taking the **** out of us all. they all have, dl, te and or too. rm is probably in on it also. it's a total scam from start to finish. needs to be investigated.
