Fantastic letter. Very thorough. Thank you for posting. I now see why the latest RNS stated the gem agreement hasn't been entered into yet and how this statement is at odds with the concept the gem agreement has contributed towards the finalisation of the audit. Mr Lunn is full of ****.

If he as the saviour... We would have had more communication. We would know what the hell is going on. He would have declared his conflict of interest and RM would be the one leading the company. Plus I'm pretty sure the accounts would already be audited and we would be back trading. Have I missed anything? Oh yeah, the Gem loan would pay the debt off and keep the deal with G alive, rather than paying off Lunn.... I think that's all I can think of. Please chip in.

So Lunn is holding up the disclosure. What an ongoing conflict of interest. Couldnt make it up. He's probably holding up the audit too because they don't know where or how many shares he has

So if probate has been granted then SL knows his own holding now? Or is it all too complicated for him to count? No wonder they struggled with the audit.

Plus what's the rush to give the shares back? I still don't understand what happens if we don't vote yes. The RNS didn't make it clear. Wonder why.

Could be. But I'd rather wait, let people actually see what they are voting yes to. It's the only way imo to see ppp return to trading with their assets intact and a fighting chance.

Or is that too sensible? Voting yes is the same as signing something without reading it.

At the very least, it would make sense to find out the new figures for Lunns holdings before we vote yes to give him a vast amount of control through his inherited shares from anton. Wouldn't it?
