If we vote no and ppp stays in suspension, how is SL going to get what he wants? How is RM going to get what he wants? It's in suspension right now because it suits SL. Maybe voting no will encourage him to get the audited accounts and agm done. What else can he do? He will be blocked surely?

Zag, what do you think the TG have to gain by their posts? They all have serious amounts of money invested in ppp. Do you think they are trying to scam you? Genuinely interested as to why you can't put your disdain at them aside. I know some of it is conjecture with regards to anton but they have put forward a lot of robust information.

NU, what more do you need, just look at the dearth of information or action since SL joined. Plus all the inconsistencies, contradictions and conflicting interests. We have no information supplied by the company as to why this vote is necessary and why it's necessary now. Honestly, what more do you need to logically infer that there are no grounds as yet to vote yes to SL diluting us to hell and inheriting so many shares. What planet are you on???

Additionally, what evidence or even just logic are you applying when you say no one will get there money back if we vote no? Please do expand.

NU what are you going on about. We know nothing. We have been told nothing. So voting yes is giving SL power to do what he wants with the business. For all we know the business could be viable still. Your rationale is very bizarre.

Voting no, gives us another chance to find out wtf is going on and if the business can be saved. SL will hopefully have to get the business back up and running in order to get his inheritance. Think about it.

NU, it has been obvious for a while that they are all in it together. Some of the shares were loaded by TE too. They probably planned the whole thing. It's fraudulent activity without a doubt.

I totally agree SL has no intention of ppp making any money. I'm not surprised there is still no website. I don't really believe we will see the audited accounts/AGM unless there is no other way SL can get his money back without them.

I am however grateful that members of the TG group have put forward solid communication to SL and it does seem to be having an impact. It's the only hope we have imo. Although, certainly, there isn't much hope lol.

I agree no one related to ppp is innocent in this.
