I think quite a few people here either don't have the time or the capabilities to understand what has been going on with ppp. There will always be some who just vote in a reactionary way. Hopefully, people holding larger amounts of shares have taken the time and made the effort to try to understand the complexity and vote accordingly. Fingers crossed.

The simple bottom line is the company has not provided enough information about why we should vote yes. Until they do, I'm voting no. It's their job to inform us about the current situation of the company and they haven't done that. We have no solid information on which to make a decision to allow significant dilution.
