TE isn't at ppp anymore. He is not the one who is going to have anything to do with the outcome now. Seems pointless to discuss him. Hopefully, he will be investigated.

SL could have put all this rubbish to bed easily by communicating with shareholders over the last 9 months. He hasn't. That should tell you all you need to know. The reputation of ppp is in the gutter. So is his now.

Call me emotional all you want. I'm realistic. I think you can't face what's staring you in the face because you want your money back. It's not me who is emotional.

NU, don't be daft. It's common sense. Why does he need all those shares and that much control right now?? Why hasn't he communicated with shareholders? Where is RM. Seriously, you can't see the wood for the trees. The onus is on SL to prove he is protecting shareholders. He doesn't automatically get trust and he certainly doesn't when he hasn't been upfront or communicated. It's really basic stuff.

A no vote maintains the status quo while we wait for more information from ppp. A yes vote changes the status quo and gives SL a lot of power , even though we have absolutely no idea what is going on with ppp. SL has not kept us informed. Honestly, why is this so hard for some to grasp.

We've been over this several times. Read back through. It's quite simple and obvious. We were asked to make a decision regarding the finance of the company, yet we had no information on which to base it on. No accounts, no operational updatw/strategy. SL has not been upfront and honest about his conflicting interests. I could go on and on and on. It's beyond dull now. The vote is done. What will be, will be. I'm pretty sure SL will find a way to screw ppp over whatever the vote says.

No one knows what the consequences are. That's the whole bloody point. We have zero facts.

Of course Kong, lots of shareholders with lots of money tied up in ppp don't want it to trade again. Since when did you start taking to just spouting nonsense? Is it the heat?

Well let's hope he does something worthwhile to make up for it. At the moment I have absolutely no idea what he could be doing and getting paid for.

It's a vote hepran. People can vote for or against. It's their right. I'm sure you said the same last week. It's done now. No point shouting at other shareholders on here. Direct your attention towards ppp.
