For now, he is hiding behind how complicated the network of companies is... Therefore claiming uncertainty, so he doesn't have to disclose or acknowledge he may stand to inherit the shares.
NU, you have such a bee in your bonnet about the TG group. Get some therapy and give it a rest. Honestly, it's done now. Quit whining. You don't see lots of us who voted no, gloating.
Maybe SL should RNS why the company is on life support and actually share some facts with shareholders instead of saying it to just one shareholder at a meeting with supporting information.
What is wrong with you all?? Why are you constantly having a go at each other but you have absolutely zero to say about the outrageous behaviour of ppp over the last 12 months. Rose tinted comes to mind. Honestly, those who voted no just want their basic rights as shareholders respected. That's it. That should not be negotiable. Some of you seem to like being treated like crap.
Kong, please forgive me... But what's your point? The vote hasn't changed the prospects of ppp. It has simply stopped SL getting his hands on a significant amount of shares and therefore being able to override other shareholders in important decisions. Stop fretting. Let's see what happens next. I am totally relieved that the vote was so overwhelming in no's favour. Shows strong shareholder solidarity imo.
